Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Women's Health NICU department at HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the nursing care of assigned patients in the Women's Health NICU unit
  • Provide professional nursing care, exercising independent judgment in utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Work cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient care team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
  • Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse in a hospital setting
