  • Support the processing team as required to fulfill operational needs.

  • Undertake additional job-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • Entry-level position; a minimum of one year of experience or exposure in a processing plant or related environment is required.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, electronics, and robotics is beneficial.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all interactions.
  • Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Possess strong troubleshooting abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, capable of following instructions meticulously and managing multiple tasks as directed.
  • Ability to work independently when necessary.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. The position involves repetitive lifting, squatting, twisting, turning, kneeling, and bending.
