About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Server Associate to join our team at New Perspective Senior Living LLC. As a key member of our dining team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and guests.
Job Summary
The Server Associate will be responsible for taking food and drink orders from residents, delivering food in a timely manner, and ensuring that residents are enjoying their meals. You will also be responsible for collecting payment from residents and guests when necessary, entering orders into the POS system, and maintaining impeccable personal grooming and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
- Taking Orders: Take food and drink orders from residents with accuracy and in a friendly manner.
- Food Delivery: Deliver food in a timely basis and ensure that residents are enjoying their meals.
- Payment Collection: Collect payment from residents and guests when necessary.
- POS System Entry: Enter orders into the POS system for transmittal to the kitchen team.
- Grooming and Hygiene: Maintain impeccable personal grooming and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma is preferred for this role.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in restaurant, dining hospitality, and/or full-service senior living is preferred.
- Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and an ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role.
- Quality Work: Ability to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders in a timely fashion.
