About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist, Alternative Investments to join our team at Charles Schwab. This role is responsible for providing high-quality subject matter expertise to clients and internal business partners, promoting client loyalty and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment operations and client service, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in an operations or client service role. They will be proficient in Microsoft products and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Additionally, they will have problem-resolution skills, effective collaboration across departments, and the ability to build consensus and persuade others in a matrixed organization.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and the company's location.
