Job Title: Registered Nurse / Intensive Care Unit

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate ICU nurse to join our team. As an ICU nurse, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to critically ill patients, monitoring their condition, and intervening as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients with highly unstable, life-threatening conditions and provide timely interventions to ensure optimal care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest ICU nursing practices and technologies.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in ICU nursing.
  • Active RN license.
