Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team for a 13-week assignment. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and producing high-quality images.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including CT scanners, MRI machines, and X-ray units.
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures, positioning patients, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Produce high-quality images, including adjusting equipment settings, monitoring image quality, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Diagnostic Imaging, preferably in a travel or per diem setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing excellent patient care and achieving high-quality imaging results.
