Logistics Operations Assistant - Join Our Team

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Logistics Operations Assistant to support our operations department. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate meeting arrangements, including travel and lodging for management and department teams.
  • Manage calendars for meetings and events, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain accurate databases and records.
  • Analyze data, summarize reports, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, routing calls, and responding to inquiries.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year (based on 40 hours/week). We offer competitive salaries and benefits packages to attract top talent.
