We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Monitor Technician to join our team at Mercy. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for monitoring patient cardiac rhythms and providing timely notifications to RNs and clinicians.

### Responsibilities

* Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and identify any changes or abnormalities
* Provide immediate notification to RNs and clinicians of any changes or concerns
* Review patient information to determine normal heart rhythm patterns and identify any variances
* Work cooperatively as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care
* Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards

### Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Completion of a monitor tech course or passing score of 85% on a monitor tech competency exam
* Basic computer skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
