Position Summary:

  • Oversee a team of 8-10 staff members in a pick, pack, and ship distribution center
  • Manage international shipping processes
  • Guarantee order precision and quality standards
  • Detect product damage and quality concerns
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to address challenges
  • Conduct inventory management activities
  • Employ computer systems and scanners for operational tasks
  • Organize the warehouse for optimal accessibility
  • Assist with daily cleanliness and organization
  • Pick and pack orders as necessary
  • Execute other assigned responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational capabilities
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Windows and scanning devices
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
  • Forklift certification and machinery operation experience
  • Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Physically able to lift heavy items and remain standing for extended periods
  • Accurate inventory counting skills
  • Proficient in the English language
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Type: Full-time, 4-day work week, exempt
