OneStaff Medical is seeking a skilled LPN for a travel job in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team as a skilled nursing professional. As a travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care as a skilled nursing professional
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN in a skilled nursing setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team
