Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for upholding the YNHHS mission, vision, values, and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher from an accredited program.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
- BCLS certification or willingness to obtain within one month of hire.
