Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at a reputable healthcare facility in Washington, MO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients with complex medical conditions
  • Insert and remove endotracheal tubes as needed
  • Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
  • Promote continuous quality improvement and patient safety
  • Teach and counsel patients and their families on respiratory care and management
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Current CPR or BCLS certification
  • BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
