Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and assist with the operation of poker games, ensuring accuracy and fairness for all players.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and guests, addressing any irregular play or disputes.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere, providing an exceptional gaming experience for our guests.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in dealing poker and ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one to three years of experience as a poker dealer in a similar environment.
Certifications and Licenses:
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Ability to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration.
