Job SummaryAs a Care Partner, you will provide direct care to our senior residents, following a personalized treatment plan. Your primary focus will be on assisting residents with activities of daily living, while promoting independence and providing emotional support.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, adhering to community protocols, licensing regulations, and guidelines for resident and employee safety.
- Prioritize independence and provide emotional support to residents through compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
- Encourage and assist residents in participating in life enrichment activity programs.
- Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
- Positive team player attitude and love working with people.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- MUST have a valid CNA or HCA license in the state of WA. Recent graduates are welcome.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.
- Experience with memory care is a plus.
- Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living is a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
