  • Documentation and Reporting:

    • Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee the delivery of high-quality services to patients.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in customer service and telephone etiquette.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems preferred.
  • Strong understanding of governmental regulations and Medicare eligibility requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and selling abilities.
