Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled International Transportation Business Analyst to join our team at Dollar General Corporation. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our transportation costs, developing financial reports, and providing analytical support for special projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Cost Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to predict, evaluate, and quantify the financial impacts of potential operational changes.
  • Financial Reporting: Design, develop, and distribute comprehensive financial reports that link accruals, monthly forecasts, and budgets.
  • Special Projects Support: Provide analytical support for special projects and initiatives, including cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define meaningful financial KPIs and design financial dashboards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Data Science preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in transportation cost analysis, financial reporting, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong Excel skills, working knowledge of Power BI and Alteryx, and ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners.
