About the Role

Burn Boot Camp is seeking a caring and compassionate Childwatch worker to join our Surfside Beach, SC team. As a Childwatch Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and creating a welcoming environment for children aged 8 weeks to 12 years old.

Our ideal candidate is a patient, calm, and effective communicator who can lift 30-40 pounds and possess preferred certifications in CPR and First Aid. If you're passionate about child development and have experience in childcare, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Member Experience: Ensure a safe and engaging environment for children and their families.
  • Execution of Childwatch process: Implement our childcare program with precision and attention to detail.
  • Facility Management in Childwatch room: Maintain a clean and organized space that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Estimated Salary: $32,000 - $42,000 per year
