This role offers a hybrid work arrangement based out of our corporate office.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Accounting Duties

  • Compile consolidated internal financial statements by extracting data from consolidation software.
  • Facilitate timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual SEC financial reports and accompanying notes.
  • Support various business units by providing insightful feedback and analysis to corporate stakeholders through standardized reporting.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve complex accounting challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Enhance and maintain a thorough understanding of all accounting policies, financial systems, processes, and controls.

Financial Planning and Analysis Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of consolidated annual and monthly financial forecasts.
  • Serve as a backup for the BPC system administrator.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to effectively communicate financial outcomes.
  • Work closely with business unit FP&A teams to ensure forecast accuracy and performance monitoring.
  • Guarantee the distribution of consistent, reliable, and timely information to all financial forecast users.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of financial experience or familiarity with accounting systems.

Additional Qualifications:

  • CPA certification is required.
  • Experience in Public Accounting is preferred.
  • At least five years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and corporate finance principles and practices.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze documents and data.
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
  • Ability to uphold the confidentiality of information and documents.
