Job Description:

EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
  • BLS - Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
  • EKG - Technician Certification - Required
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Proven understanding of fundamental patient care techniques, medical terminology, and equipment.
  • Capability to identify emergency situations and respond appropriately.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for interaction with team members, supervisors, patients, and other personnel.
  • Advanced proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), electronic health records (EHR), EPIC, and related systems.
  • Adept at interpreting various forms of data and instructions, whether written, oral, or visual.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and operate within standardized policies to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Skill in identifying, assessing, and resolving routine issues by selecting suitable solutions from established options.
  • Commitment to safeguarding each patient's protected health information (PHI).
