We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our construction team at Hired LLC. The ideal candidate will have experience in working on diverse construction projects and utilizing various tools to build, install, and repair structures made of wood, drywall, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and project specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials according to project requirements.
• Build and install frameworks, walls, roofs, and fixtures such as windows, doors, and cabinets.
• Repair and maintain structures, including replacing damaged sections of wood or other materials.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete projects on time.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter in construction.
• Ability to read technical documents and understand project specifications.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools.
• Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and construction materials.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Carpentry apprenticeship or relevant certification.
