Mobile Employment Consultant

New hires are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
This is a traveling role based out of Hays, covering the service areas of Hill City, Norton, and Russell, Kansas.
A company vehicle will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:- Identify, evaluate, and analyze potential job opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities.
- Provide initial and ongoing support to individuals in their employment settings, including on-the-job training.
- Promote Employment Connections by developing job opportunities within the community.
- Engage with community organizations to plan and foster networks that improve employment relationships (e.g., Chamber of Commerce, United Way).
- Collaborate with Transition from School to Work programs, DCF, and Vocational Rehabilitation programs as assigned.
- Establish and uphold production quality and quantity standards for contracts and production areas.
- Create workflow schedules to fulfill production requirements and ensure timely completion of work.
- Complete all necessary documentation related to services provided, including individual pay, schedules, attendance sheets, injury reports, transportation, and communication logs.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred; ETS certification is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of one year in human services required; prior experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
