This role demands a proactive approach to customer interaction, guiding shoppers on how to navigate our unique offerings effectively.

Maintaining a positive demeanor is essential, as you will assist customers in finding and purchasing their desired items, operate the cash register, organize merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and perform various tasks as directed by the Store Manager.

Our Cashier and Sales Associates are expected to take ownership of their roles, delivering high-quality service and productivity through the training provided.

This position is integral to fostering teamwork and achieving Retail Rebel's daily objectives.

PTO begins accumulating from day one, available after 90 days, with one week off in the first year and more thereafter. We offer six paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision insurance within 60 days, as well as life and accident insurance options. A 401k plan is available with up to 3% matching after six months, alongside increasing opportunities for advancement in our rapidly growing company. We provide weekly pay, with a starting pay range of $16.44 and above, depending on experience.

- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers with their needs

- Participate in cleaning duties, including trash disposal and floor maintenance

Working Environment:
- Standing for extended periods
- Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling
- Ability to handle and move merchandise safely, including lifting items up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Fast-paced atmosphere with moderate noise levels
- Additional duties as assigned, including some evening and weekend shifts

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of safety protocols
- Ability to convey store processes and pricing effectively (training provided)
- Basic cash handling and mathematical skills
