{"h1": "Worship Arts Pastor/Director Job Description", "p": "At MinistryHub, we are seeking a skilled Worship Arts Pastor/Director to join our team at Harbor Church. This is a full-time position that requires planning and executing musical components of worship, including selecting and arranging music, developing and training volunteer worship members and tech teams, and directing the weekly planning process.

Responsibilities:

* Function as the primary worship leader and chief musician
* Schedule, train, and develop the worship band and tech teams
* Lead weekly rehearsals with worship teams and host other training opportunities
* Actively disciple worship band members to understand and demonstrate the gospel message and a worship lifestyle
* Cultivate an inviting atmosphere where people are encouraged to worship God through music and singing
* Be a caretaker and encourager of all volunteers
* Actively participate and contribute as a key member of the Harbor Staff
* Attend Tuesday morning staff meetings
* Function as a permanent vision team member (governing body of leaders @ Harbor)

Requirements:

* Bachelor\u2019s degree in Music, Worship Arts, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in worship leadership
* Strong musical skills and ability to lead worship
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team
* Strong understanding of the gospel message and worship lifestyle
