Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney to join our team at Law Offices of Michael Clark. As a senior attorney, you will play a key role in representing clients in arbitrations and trials, and will be responsible for advising clients on their legal options and planning a course of action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the best course of action for clients
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve client goals
  • Represent clients in arbitrations and trials, and negotiate with opposing counsel
  • Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and industry trends
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • WSBA Membership required
