This two-year program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of electrical controls and software engineering, as well as hands-on experience in product development and testing. Participants will work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and receive mentorship from experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical controls and software systems for Polaris products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate product designs for manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability
  • Work on challenging projects to develop new skills and grow existing ones
  • Participate in technical training courses and projects to enhance engineering core competencies
  • Receive hands-on experience, in-depth training, and ongoing support from executive mentors and program steering team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • Active leadership experience in student organizations and/or work experiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
