Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Oversee the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring that all patients receive evidence-based, individualized care.
  • Nursing Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce errors, and enhance overall quality of care.
Requirements
  • Candidates should have: At least 5 years of experience as a nurse leader, preferably in an acute care setting.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), with active certification in a relevant specialty area.
