• Manage the collection of payments on short-term loans
• Provide superior customer service and follow established procedures
• Ensure monthly monetary collection goals are achieved

• Handle all inbound and outbound customer calls

• High School Diploma or GED
• Some college (preferred)
• 2+ Years of collections, customer service, or loan processing experience (preferred)
