Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Burn ICU team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and appropriate patient care within the Values & Standards of Nursing Practice at SMC.
  • Deliver care based on the physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs of individual patients.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure.
  • Graduate of a certified School of Nursing with a minimum of 276 clinical hours.
  • Able to articulate and demonstrate appropriate nursing theory and practice.
