As a vital member of our team, you will ensure the seamless functionality of our manufacturing machinery. This full-time role is based in Phoenix, Arizona and reports directly to the Maintenance Manager.

  • Oversee maintenance, diagnostics, and repair tasks on industrial equipment and assembly lines.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair various components, including programmable logic controllers, A/C and D/C drives, and control systems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to optimize machinery performance.
  • Identify opportunities for equipment enhancements and upgrades.
  • Ensure optimal equipment settings for high-quality production.
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with technical support to assist in repair efforts and adjustments.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent with over 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 15+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and servo motors.
  • Training in electronics or electromechanical repair is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a knack for identifying process improvement opportunities.
