Culinary Leadership Role at Charlie Clark's Steakhouse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team at Charlie Clark's Steakhouse. As a Head Chef and Culinary Leader, you will be responsible for directing the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Planning and Pricing: Plan and price menu items, orders supplies, and keep records and accounts.
  • Culinary Supervision: Supervises and participates in cooking and baking and the preparation of foods.
  • Team Leadership: Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook, with leadership skills and the ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks.
  • Culinary Expertise: Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers) and advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques.

Requirements:

  • Culinary Experience: Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook.
  • Culinary Skills: Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers) and advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques.
  • Leadership Skills: Leadership skills and the ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks.
