Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest is seeking a skilled Cardiac Stepdown Nurse to join our team. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients recovering from cardiac surgery, valve repair, and other cardiac conditions.
Responsibilities:- Provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Initiate and document patient teaching and discharge planning
- Perform and document care for all admissions and patients
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia
- Experience in critical care nursing, preferably in a cardiac stepdown unit
