Job Description

This is a leadership opportunity to oversee and manage the accounting organization at CareDx, Inc. The successful candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the accounting team, including recruiting, training, and developing staff members
  • Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, including financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
  • Partner with external auditors to ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure accurate and reliable financial reporting
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on matters related to financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.
