Relationship Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Banker to join our team at Truist Inc. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Provide expert advice on financial products and services to clients, including deposit, credit, and retirement options.
• Work closely with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and cross-sell products.
• Conduct consultative conversations with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet client service standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and work in a fast-paced environment.
