Busser Assistant

**Randall's Restaurant is seeking a skilled Busser to join our experienced front-of-house staff.**

Key Responsibilities:

• Set tables during and after service, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Fill water glasses for guests and deliver bread to tables, providing exceptional customer service.
• Refill ice bins and bread warming drawers to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency.
• Remove dirty dishes, sanitize tables, clean seats, and sweep surrounding floors, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Clean spills immediately and notify other staff members about potential hazards, prioritizing guest safety.
• Communicate effectively with management and all other service staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and equipment, demonstrating physical stamina and ability.
• Must be professional, positive, and able to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
• Working with a sense of urgency is required, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• A clean and neat appearance is essential, reflecting positively on the company and its values.
• Must be fluent in the English language, ensuring effective communication with guests and colleagues.
• Must be 16 years old, meeting the minimum age requirement for the position.
• Ability to stand/be on your feet for 5+ hours, demonstrating physical endurance and stamina.

Work Setting:

• The position is part-time, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
• Open regularly from Tuesday-Saturday (4:00 pm on), with private events and holiday availability expected.
