About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Perfusionist to join our team at Hackensack University Medical Center. As a key member of our cardiovascular team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our patients undergoing complex cardiac surgeries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate heart lung machines, ventricular assist devices, intra-aortic balloon pumps, and autotransfusion devices for bypass procedures.
  • Provide surgical backup for procedures performed in the catheterization lab.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Perfusion Services and primary surgeons to ensure seamless patient care.
