Job Title: Paramedic (Burlingame)

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Paramedic to join our team in Burlingame, CA. As a Paramedic with AMR, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess emergency situations and provide advanced medical care to patients.
  • Operate medical equipment, including defibrillators, EKG monitors, and oxygen therapy devices.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Collaborate with other emergency responders and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Participate in community outreach and education programs to promote AMR's services and values.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • State Paramedic License
  • Ambulance Driver's License
  • Medical Examiners Card
  • State Driver's License
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, or PEPP certification
  • Driving record in compliance with company policy
  • Pass Physical Agility Test
  • Some work experience in healthcare preferred
