Position Summary
Are you ready to create a memorable holiday experience for our customers? As a Seasonal Store Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in our holiday operations. Your responsibilities will include managing the flow of merchandise, unloading and processing inventory, and fulfilling customer orders. Collaborating with fellow team members, you will strive to meet departmental objectives while maintaining a positive atmosphere. Above all, you will prioritize customer service, warmly greeting and assisting shoppers as needed.
We seek adaptable team players who excel in a fast-paced setting, can juggle multiple tasks, and are available for various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and guide them to the appropriate sections.
- Unload and unpack merchandise, remove packaging, and apply security tags.
- Organize and label merchandise, ensuring the receiving area remains tidy.
- Complete all processing and receiving tasks in line with productivity standards and compliance procedures.
- Ensure promotional signage is accurate and current.
- Transport merchandise to the stockroom or sales floor, assisting with product placement and seasonal transitions.
- Select and pack merchandise from the sales floor, process returns, and manage in-store pickup orders.
- Deliver orders curbside, ensuring timely completion of online pickups.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and foster a positive work environment.

Essential Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (at least two consecutive hours).
- Frequent use of computers and handheld devices.
- Physical tasks include reaching, crouching, kneeling, climbing, and color vision.
- Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
