Job Summary

Benchmark Therapy and Rehab is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional patient care. As a key member of our home care team, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and implementation of treatment plans as specified by the physical therapist.
  • Instruction and guidance of patients in exercises and stretching techniques.
  • Delivery of hands-on therapy and treatments.
  • Documentation of patient reactions to treatment and provision of status reports.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Achievement of a degree from an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
  • Possession of a state physical therapist assistant license.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals.
