About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. As an Oncology Nurse Specialist, you will provide direct patient care and coordinate care for patients with complex conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient education on complex conditions and develop individual health plans
  • Work collaboratively with clinic providers, fellows, and staff to coordinate transitions of care
  • Facilitate appointments and effectively work with patient referral sources
  • Triangulate patient care and provide strong computer and typing skills
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with an associate degree
  • Valid RN License
  • Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nursing experience
  • Current BLS Certification
