Salary and Benefits

  • The starting pay rate for this position is estimated at $21.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to 10% gainshare bonus in addition to your base pay.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for working with a multiple-person team in an area containing electrical powered machinery, conveyors, computers, and ventilation equipment to meet daily production targets.
  • Follow safety and health regulations for the protection of self and co-workers.
  • Must learn and follow quality control specifications, maintain accurate and timely charts, forms, and other material control documents.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Physical Requirements: Continuous standing, lifting, bending, twisting, stooping, and pulling for duration of work hours; Occasionally required to work in extreme environmental conditions (hot, cold, humid).
  • Equipment Used: Reach truck, walkie, clipboard, packing list, pen/pencil, voltmeter, J D Edwards computer system, and RF computer.
  • Education, Experience, Skills Required: High school diploma preferred; Must be able to understand and communicate in basic English to receive training, instructions, and perform team responsibilities.
