Job OverviewJobsRUs is seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our team in Websterville, VT. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up, dismantling, cleaning, and sanitizing machinery, preparing ingredients, and running machinery based on process, weight, and pack size.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery to produce high-quality products.
  • Monitor and control the weight, take frequent measurements, and adjust machinery accordingly.
  • Feed packaging into the machine while monitoring the seal, packaging, and coding accuracy.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to perform basic math addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
