Starbucks Lead

As a Starbucks Lead at Market District, you will play a key role in developing the skills of our Baristas and creating an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that all company policies, store operating standards, and procedures are communicated effectively and maintained. Your passion for coffee and commitment to excellence will inspire our team to deliver outstanding results.

• Lead by example, demonstrating a strong knowledge and passion for Starbucks beverages and products.
• Build strong relationships with guests and vendors to cultivate a positive and welcoming store environment.
• Supervise stocking and receiving, and ensure that all products are handled and stored properly.
• Participate in taking physical inventories and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, consistently striving to delight and surprise our guests.
• Direct Team Members in performing all duties, and oversee and evaluate all training of new and current Team Members.
• Help reduce and eliminate shrink, and maintain safety as the top priority for our Team Members, guests, and products.
