Your Responsibilities:

As a New York Life Agent, you will provide high-quality life insurance, fixed annuities, long-term care insurance, and other financial products to address insurance and retirement planning needs. Your duties will include:

  • Creating and executing business and marketing strategies
  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients
  • Engaging in discussions about clients' financial concerns and requirements
  • Presenting tailored solutions using our extensive product offerings
  • Enhancing your professional skills and industry knowledge

Compensation:

Commission-based earnings exceeding $90,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service during the onboarding process for new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients, including scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and addressing questions related to insurance eligibility and claims
  • Assessing new clients' insurance needs, risks, goals, current coverage, and financial situations through personalized meetings
  • Expanding our client base and promoting our insurance products through networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies
  • Managing both electronic and paper records, ensuring all contracting documentation is up to date

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
