Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team at EPSG, LLC. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our technical infrastructure and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Security
    • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of our compliance and security protocols, including Vanta and SOC2.
    • Ensure the tracking and status of security controls and testing.
  • IT Operations
    • Manage and coordinate user access control to all systems.
    • Manage the change control process, including working with vendors to ensure compliance with security requirements.
    • Track employee training and maintain campaign management.
  • IT Projects and Support
    • Oversee the procurement and maintenance of IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and other IT assets.
    • Coordinate support with our helpdesk team, tracking tickets, solutions, and user fulfillment.
    • Generate and oversee documentation of IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare daily reporting and monitoring of IT systems and networks for compliance and security.
    • Evaluate products to increase efficiency of processes, including automation.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
    • Previous experience in an IT technical role.
    • Understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
