About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Financial Director to lead our clients' financial and actuarial engagements. This role will involve working closely with Client Service colleagues to communicate complex concepts and strategies to clients, driving their actions and improving plan performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver financial and actuarial strategies for medium to large clients
  • Lead data analytic projects to inform business decisions
  • Drive revenue growth through client sales of additional services
  • Provide consulting quality reviews and client delivery for all types of financial and actuarial deliverables
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in delivering complex health and welfare financial and actuarial strategies and analysis
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and manage client relationships
  • Deep understanding of employee benefit plan design, underwriting, and funding concepts
  • Actuarial designation and current continuing education (optional)
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $160,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location, qualifications, and performance. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
