About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Farm Campus Administrator to join our team at The Wheeler School. This is a key leadership role responsible for the comprehensive management and oversight of all day-to-day operations at the farm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the campus is efficiently maintained and operated to support the school's diverse programming.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee campus facilities and infrastructure, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage rental operations, including coordinating external groups and events.
  • Develop new programs and initiatives that align with the School's mission and vision.
  • Collaborate with various school programs, such as The Nest, Summer Camps, 6th grade farm program, and grade-level visits.
  • Lead and coordinate farm-related operations, including managing construction projects and liaising with town officials, local organizations, and neighboring communities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience overseeing operations of a school campus, summer camp, or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on management and leadership experience.
  • Working knowledge of managing budgets and financial reporting.
  • Experience with event planning and execution.

Estimated Salary:$75,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
