Painter

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Remodeling Concepts/Ryann Reed Design Build. As a Painter, you will be responsible for transforming the appearance of homes and other structures through the application of paint, plaster, and other materials.

• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on color selection and application.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, taping off outlets, and repairing cracks.
• Mix and apply paint, varnishes, and solvents to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Use a variety of tools to achieve the desired finish on painted surfaces.
• Set up and take down equipment as needed, such as scaffolding and ladders.
• Maintain all tools and equipment.
• Perform final inspections to ensure quality and accuracy of work.
• Adhere to workplace safety rules and regulations.

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Painter for residential or commercial buildings.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong knowledge of color theory and paint application techniques.
• Physical strength and stamina, including good balance and steady hands.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Previous experience working with power tools preferred.
