Overnight Baker

We are seeking a skilled Overnight Baker to join our team at TINY BOXWOODS HOLDINGS LLC. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and producing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts.

• Prepare and bake a wide range of breads, pastries, and desserts for our restaurants and cafes.
• Develop and maintain high-quality products that meet our company's standards.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in baking or pastry arts preferred.
