Job Summary:
As a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive medical care to our patients. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a supportive team of healthcare professionals, including medical assistants, nurse practitioners, and licensed practical nurses.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Utilize electronic medical record systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Work closely with medical assistants, nurse practitioners, and licensed practical nurses to optimize patient care and workflow efficiency.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education to stay abreast of best practices and advancements in primary care.
Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school and board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
