About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Youth Counselor. In this role, you will work with a diverse group of children and adolescents, providing guidance, support, and counseling to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group counseling to children and adolescents
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Monitor and report on child progress and development
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a social or human services-related field
  • 2+ years of experience working with children and adolescents
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background checks and child abuse clearances
